Upgraded Roof To Eave Or Gable Detail, Called Boxed Overhang typically extend 12” to 24” out from the building walls and are enclosed with matched metal soffit and fascia.  Boxed overhangs can be added to one or more walls as aesthetically desired. (Our standard non-boxed building design creates a fully ventilated structure making boxed overhang an option, not a necessity.)

Wainscoting is an aesthetic upgrade that allows the lower portion of the building walls to be a different accent color or material.  Wainscoting can be applied to one or more walls and can help reduce the cost of repairs to damaged wall steel.

Interior Finish Package includes wall and ceiling insulation, vapor barrier, furring lumber, and liner steel.

Stud and Steel buildings are available.  Typically 4’ on center 2-ply 2x6 walls and trusses built on your thickened slab.  See Von Gross for more details.

Windows are horizontal sliding, maintenance free and pre-finished in vinyl or aluminum frame.  Some options include: choice of insulated or non-insulated, custom colors, grids, and single or double hung windows.

Walk-in Doors are a commercial grade, insulated, maintenance-free, steel frame and steel-panel service door.  Options include: custom colors, cross buck and six panel designs, glass, and deadbolt.

Overhead Garage Doors  are and are professionally installed.  Doors can be non-insulated or insulated and are raised panel steel doors with a torsion spring, 12” radius track system and slide lock.  Options include: custom colors, keyed handle, windows, grids, panel design, and higher insulation values.

Sliding Doors are custom designed to the exact door dimensions you need.  When installed on the gable end, sliding door height can equal the ceiling height of the building.
